1. What this site is

Philly Sewer Line Guide (phillysewerline.com) is an independent guide run by Drzik Company LLC. It is not affiliated with the City of Philadelphia or the Philadelphia Water Department, and nothing here is an official City notice or decision.

2. Information, not advice

The guide summarizes City and Water Department sources, which are linked on each page and were checked on the date shown. Rules, fees and programs change. Always confirm with the City, the Water Department and your plumber before acting. Nothing here is legal, financial or engineering advice.

3. We don't do plumbing work

We are not plumbers or contractors. Plumbers who receive requests through this site are independent businesses. We check that each one holds an active Philadelphia master plumber licence when they join, but we don't supervise, guarantee or warrant their work, prices, timing or conduct. Any agreement for repair work is between you and the plumber you hire.

4. The request service

• It is free for homeowners. You are never obliged to hire anyone.
• Your request goes only to the plumbers you choose. See the Privacy Policy.
• We don't rank plumbers, and listing order means nothing.
• We may decline or stop forwarding requests that are spam, abusive, or outside Philadelphia.
• During the pilot, plumbers pay nothing. If that changes, we'll say so on the About page first.

5. Your part

Send only true information about a property you own, rent or manage, and only your own phone number and email.

6. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on the guide, from a plumber's work or failure to respond, or from missing a City deadline. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be waived by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
